We are pleased to announce that we have launched a new survey tool to help landlords conduct large scale surveys and meet the requirements of the Scottish Housing Regulator.

We have developed this tool in partnership with HouseMark and are holding two training sessions to provide information on the tool and how to use it.  You can view the STAR in Scotland tool here.
